"Global Joy" Marathon Rules
1. General Rules
The "Global Joy" Marathon is a marketing and informational event organized by SIA "SJN System” (hereinafter referred to as the "Company”). The purpose of the marathon: - to increase awareness of the Company’s products, - to inform customers about the principles of balanced nutrition, - to promote an active lifestyle. Participants are divided into 3 categories based on body mass index (BMI) — up to 28.9, 29–32, and over 32. Participants who have managed to lose 4% or more of their initial weight are selected for each category. The marathon is not a medical or therapeutic program.
2. Nature of the Program
The marathon events are informational and educational in nature and are not considered medical services.
3. Use of Products
Statement on Safety and Responsible Use. The products used during the marathon are dietary supplements or food products intended for use as part of a balanced diet. Participants are advised to follow the product instructions and not exceed the recommended daily dose. If a participant has chronic health conditions, special dietary needs, or is taking medication, it is recommended to consult a doctor before using the products.
4. Terms of Participation
Participation in the marathon is open to customers who purchase one of the marathon product packages on the company’s website during the marathon period. Registration period: April 11, 2026 – May 10, 2026.
5. Marathon Period
Period for marathon informational events: May 11, 2026 – May 21, 2026. Announcement of winners – May 27, 2026.
6. Informational Content
During the marathon, participants will be provided with informational materials on the following topics: - principles of balanced nutrition - physical activity - healthy lifestyle. The materials are informative and educational in nature.
7. Competitions
Motivational competitions may be organized during the marathon.
8. The prize pool includes:
- 3 gift certificates for the company’s products worth 500, 300, and 200 euros. - 1 set of the company’s products worth 100 euros. Prize delivery: Prizes are sent to participants via courier service (Omniva, DHL Standard, UPS).
9. Communication with participants
During the marathon, participants may voluntarily share their experiences and progress on the Telegram channel.
10. Processing of personal data

11. Participant responsibility
Participation in the marathon is voluntary. Participants are responsible for assessing their own health and level of physical activity. The organizer is not responsible for individual results.
12. Individual Results
Individual results may vary depending on each participant’s lifestyle, dietary habits, and level of physical activity.
13. Access to Digital Content
Upon purchasing a marathon entry, participants are granted access to informational materials or communication channels. By beginning to use such materials, the participant agrees that the provision of digital content has commenced, and the right to withdraw may be limited in accordance with applicable regulations.
14. Participant Reviews and Materials
Participants may voluntarily share their experiences, comments, or other materials regarding their participation in the marathon. The participant agrees that his/her voluntarily provided photos or reviews may be used in the company’s communications in accordance with personal data protection requirements. By publishing such materials on the marathon’s communication channels or sending them to the organizer, the participant agrees that the organizer may use these materials in the company’s marketing communications. Published testimonials reflect the personal experience of a specific participant and are not considered guaranteed results.
15. Organizer’s Rights
The Organizer (SIA "SJN System”) reserves the right to make changes to the marathon format, schedule, or informational materials.
16. Limitation of the Organizer’s Liability
The Organizer (SIA "SJN System”) shall not be liable for any indirect losses or inconveniences that may arise for the participant in connection with marathon activities or individually achieved results.
