1. How can I participate in the marathon?
To participate in the marathon, you need to purchase one of three sets in the "Global Joy" section. After purchase, you will receive access to your personal account on the website, where from May 11, 2026, all materials for successful completion will be published: a unique meal plan "Around the World in 10 Days", workouts in various formats, expert advice, and much more.
2. How will communication work?

4. What is the orientation day (May 11) and when will I see the materials?
Orientation day is the first day of your access to the marathon materials after purchasing the set. On May 11 at 9:00 (Riga time), the general chat and full access to all materials will be opened for all registered participants in their personal accounts: nutrition map, workouts, articles. You will have a whole day to study the program, buy products from the list, and prepare. At 18:00 (Riga time), there will be a welcome Zoom with the mentors for introductions and questions. Active adherence to the program (start of nutrition and training according to the plan) begins on May 12.
5. Will there be a daily menu available?
Yes! Our pride is the meal plan "Around the World in 10 Days". Each day features a new world cuisine (Greek, Italian, Asian, etc.) with simple, delicious, and balanced recipes. You will also receive a convenient grocery shopping list.
6. How do I know which meal plan to choose?
Our experts have developed meal plans for four different calorie levels: 1,600, 1,800, 2,000, and 2,200 kcal. At the start of the marathon, you’ll find a special calculator in the general chat. With its help, you can calculate exactly how many calories you need—taking your calorie deficit into account—to reach your goal, and choose the right meal plan.
7. What if I want to replace products in my diet?
You can substitute products while maintaining a similar balance of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. The meal plan contains substitution recommendations. For the VIP tariff, this will be discussed individually with the expert.
8. How will JOYOU products be integrated into the program?
Each set is selected for synergy with the marathon program. Products help to replenish the body's needs during active activity, support metabolism and recovery. The scheme of use will be published in the personal account on the orientation day.
9. What workouts will be in the program?
We have prepared several formats to choose from: interval training, home workouts, pilates, and stretching. Each format is accompanied by video instructions and written methodology.
10. Is the marathon suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. The workout and nutrition program is designed for different fitness levels. Beginners will find accessible formats with gradual load increases, while those with more experience can choose more intense workouts.
11. How soon will I see the first results?
Results are individual. Following the program, many participants note an improvement in well-being, lightness and energy already in the first days. Visible changes in body composition typically appear within 7-10 days of consistent adherence.
12. Will materials be available after the marathon ends?
Yes, access to the materials in the personal account will remain until July 1, 2026. After that date, the content will be archived.
13. Can I participate if I have health problems?
If you have any chronic conditions or health problems, a preliminary consultation with your doctor is required.
14. Can I participate if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
No, the marathon program is not adapted for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
15. Are there age restrictions?
Yes, participation in the marathon is allowed for individuals over 18 years of age.
16. How is the winner determined?
For fair competition, we divide participants into three categories by Body Mass Index (BMI): up to 25, from 25 to 30, and above 30. Within each category, the winner is the participant who achieves the greatest percentage of weight loss relative to initial weight.
