2. Terms of Service

By filling out the registration form (“Registration Form”) and making a payment for participation in the conference "JOYOUniverse: Phase Two" (“Conference”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and commit to complying with them. The service provider is JOYOU™️ – SIA SJN System” (hereinafter referred to as JOYOU), unified registration No. 40103781398, legal address: Kleistu Street 24, Riga, LV-1067. Contact information for

Service Description

The conference will take place on November 8, 2025, at the ATTA Centre Conference Hall, ADDRESS: Krasta iela 60, Riga. Arrival from 8:30 AM.

A person acquires the right to participate in the Conference by registering and paying the participation fee (in one of two price categories) within the specified time period indicated in the Registration Form:

· EARLY BIRD PRICE = €199 – valid until September 21

· STANDARD PRICE = €249 – valid from September 22 until October 31

You can make the payment for the participation fee using the payment methods indicated in the Registration Form. Registration and participation fee payment is open from August 15, 2025, to October 31, 2025.

The participation fee on behalf of JOYOU is collected by SIA “ABC idea”, the developer of the mittoevents.com platform, registration number: 40103285126, legal address: Andromedas gatve 1-70, Riga, LV-1084, Latvia, email: info@mittoevents.com. SIA “ABC idea” is authorized by JOYOU to charge the participation fee from your or your represented company’s payment card. SIA “ABC idea” bears no responsibility for the execution of the Conference or its compliance with the official program. Payments are processed via a third-party payment service provider.

Upon full completion of the Registration Form and receipt of payment, a confirmation of participation will be sent to the email address provided in the Registration Form. JOYOU is not responsible if the confirmation email is not received due to an incorrect email address being submitted. JOYOU reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice and without obligation to reimburse any losses incurred, if information is received from the cardholder, issuing bank, receiving bank, or any entity involved in the payment process indicating fraudulent activity or the participant’s connection to fraudulent or illegal transactions, or if a discount code is used that was not issued personally to the participant.

Terms of Service

The conference will take place on November 8, 2025, at the ATTA Centre Conference Hall, ADDRESS: Krasta iela 60, Riga. Conference part: 9:00–17:00 | Celebration part: 20:00–02:00

Event languages: English, Latvian and Russian

JOYOU reserves the right to unilaterally change the Conference program no later than 3 working days before the event, ensuring the program remains equivalent in value and content. You will be informed of any changes via the email address provided in the Registration Form

or via official JOYOU social media channels: the JOYOU Telegram NEWSROOM or Instagram @joyou.official.

The service provider also reserves the right to change the time or venue of the Conference and will inform you immediately via the same communication channels listed above.

Participation Cancellation Policy

If you are a consumer, you are entitled to withdraw from the Conference within 14 days of submitting the Registration Form, without providing a reason and receiving a full refund of the participation fee. This right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the cancellation is submitted less than 14 calendar days before the start of the Conference (after October 25).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit or send a clear statement to careline@joyou.co before the deadline, expressing your intent to withdraw and including payment confirmation, your residential address, and the account number linked to the payment card used for registration. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, JOYOU will refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used during registration. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

Final Provisions

Any notice sent to the JOYOU email address listed in these Terms shall be considered received:

· On the same business day if sent before 15:00,

· On the next business day if sent after 15:00,

· Or on the next business day if sent on a weekend or holiday.

The laws of the Republic of Latvia apply to all rights and obligations arising from these Terms.
